I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Dustin and his staff at Fall River Medical. It is very rare to have a doctor be concerned about you and actually want to fix your issues and I feel like Dr. D is completely focused on me and my issues and just really wants the best for me. It is such a privilege to see him and have him as my doctor and I enjoy the staff there as well. I am someone who moves to a new state every year and have seen my fair share of doctors. He makes me want to stay in Idaho because I will be hard pressed to find another doctor like him. This has been a true blessing for me.

They have been our family doctor for over 6 years now, they always listen and do everything they can to help us. Dr. Dustin was the first doctor to listen to me about medical concerns for my son which helped us learn he has epilepsy. The PAs at the clinic have gone above and beyond to help our family when we need them. I have never walked out of their office disappointed or unheard. I have had many bad experiences in different urgent cares but this one I would go to without hesitation whenever I need something.

I have been going to Fall River since they first opened! Dr. Gillette has seen all of my children since they were born! He is amazing with my kids and always makes sure all my questions are answered! He is thorough when I have seen him and always addresses all of my concerns regardless of size! He is patient and kind with kiddos who show anxiety around strangers. The nurses are great, and are quick to put things through in a timely manner. Leslie is a shining star and quick to ask how everyone is doing! We love seeing her when we visit! My family has seen all of the providers for various reasons and will continue going here for any medical need! Fall River is the best!

Friendly, caring and helpful staff! I always get answers when I visit, and I have experienced genuine, consistent, reliable and affordable care here for about 5 years. I recommend calling ahead with any questions, and asking about wait times, they are the best at trying to get you the info you need, when you need it.

Samantha at the front desk was super helpful and considerate with all of our questions as we were self pay patients. The PA’s were nice and answered all our questions, overall great experience and super doable if you’re a self pay patient.

I have nothing but good to say about this wonderful place. Aside from the new building, which I love, I originally ended up at Fall River to get something checked out. I was so impressed with my care that when I found out they had an OBGYN, I was *very* interested. It took me a few weeks to decide to dive in, based on a really hard experience with a different place in Rexburg, but I have been beyond pleased at the extra care and attention I have received on every level at Fall River. It's become our go to for urgent care, and I *really* loved my experience with the their OBGYN.

I went to the urgent care today after over 24 hours of throwing up and was SO sick. The staff and doctor took amazing care of me- they were patient, listened well, and were able to get me feeling much better. Such a great experience!

Best experience!!! We brought our 5 month old in as a walk-in, we were able to get seen quickly- the PA Josh was very personable, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him for all pediatrics!
